Harvested, tested, certified. This is authentic premium New Zealand honey with a rating of Unique Manuka Factor UMF 5+. Produced by bees foraging naturally for nectar among native Manuka bush, and certified to contain at least 83mg/kg of naturally occurring methylglyoxal (MGO), for a natural alternative to processed sugar.
