Its Uses are geared towards Seafood but it too can be used like the All Purpose spice. Other uses include mixed drinks and cocktail rim toppers! Use approximately 1 lb. of seasoning per 10 lbs. of seafood.

Fill pot with enough water to cover seafood. Add spice to pot and stir, bringing to a boil. Add seafood and boil until cooked completely.
