After collecting and straining raw honey from the beehive, we throw in a honey creamer - it's a process that includes a big tank with an auger that spins liquid honey periodically over a few days. Honey will naturally become crystallized in the tank. But by stirring it continuously, we interfere with the crystallization process. This allows us to control the size of the crystals. The smaller the crystal, the smoother and creamier the honey. Creamed honey has a smooth and sumptuous texture that's excellent as a spread but preserves the goodness of raw honey. This process takes 4 days!

We use 100% pure and raw honey that comes directly from a beehive. This helps preserve its natural flavor and amount of antioxidants with no sugar added.
