This Genmaicha is made of roasted sweet brown mochi rice. Our Genmaicha Tsukimi has a bold aroma of toasted rice and a soft nutty taste with a hint of sweetness. Tsukimi is a caffeine-free and gluten-free herbal tea that is excellent for drinking daily at any time of day.

Simply cook your rice pudding with brewed Genmaicha instead of water then top with Tsukimi, a toasty and healthy twist to your rice pudding.
Step 1 Add one tablespoon of Genmai Tsukimi in your teapot/kyusu and pour 8oz (1 cup) of freshly boiled water to brew. Use more Tsukimi for a bolder brew.
Step 2 Steep for 3-5 minutes, and resteep 2 times with boiling water. You can eat the Genmaicha Tsukimi before and after brewing too!
For Iced Genmaicha Tsukimi: Brew Genmaicha Tsukimi hot and chill in the fridge for at least two hours. Pour over ice and enjoy!
