Our Green Tea Powder, or Matcha, is of ceremonial grade, made from tencha tea leaves that were steamed, dried, and then stone-ground into fine powder.

Matcha tea is a stone-ground shade-grown green tea, resulting in naturally high caffeine content. Perfect tea to start your day.

Japanese Cermonial Grade Matcha has a fresh aroma of sweet grass and rich, velvety notes of chocolate.

Fill a glass with ice and 235ml of milk of your choice. Whisk together matcha and your choice of sweetener. Slowly pour on top and enjoy!

Step 2 Pour 70ml of hot water at 176°F (80°C) into the matcha bowl.

Tip: Use hot water, not boiling, to minimize bitterness.

Step 3 Whisk the matcha in a fast W motion until a layer of delicate foam covers the top.
