Cooper's Cask Coffee is located beautiful Rhode Island. Known for its breath taking coastline and historic towns, the Ocean State is also known for its distilleries, breweries and coffee roasters.

We created an Organic Sumatra dark roast that maintains the essence of the bean’s complexity and array of flavor profiles without going too far as commonly done for gourmet dark roast coffee. This coffee is amazing in a fresh press or as an espresso.

The team at Cooper's has a passion for roasting whole bean coffee. The process begins with finding the best, grade 1, single origin coffee beans. Each lot is cupped at various roast levels across the full spectrum to find the perfect balance to unlock all the magical aromas and flavors. Our Master Roasters created something that is truly original, worthy of the Cooper's Coffee Company name.

One thing is for certain, you will not find our coffee in any local or franchised coffee shops.

Taste Profile: Woody Earth, Dark Chocolate, and Dark Cherry. A smooth and bold coffee.

Variety Information: The variety is known as Bourbon, Catimor and Typica in the regions of Aceh, Sumatra and Indonesia. The altitude is between 1,200 and 1,600 meters with a volcanic loan soil type which gives it that wood earth note. They use a wet hulled / sun dried process.
