Here is our 1 oz Glass Nip of our most popular syrup; Dark & Robust (formerly Grade B). Our Grade A Dark Robust (formerly Grade B) syrup is blended from sap harvested toward the latter part of maple season. It is dark in color and has a deep robust maple flavor. Many folks use it for table syrup, baking, and the Master Cleanse.

Per the USDA, the antioxidant (ORAC) value of maple syrup is 600 umol TE2/100g. That is nearly twice as much as tomato & canteloupe, and very similar to carrots & cabbage!
