Our goal is to make the least processed celery powder on earth. We start out with USA grown, USDA Organic, fresh, whole celery stalks. They are immediately frozen after harvest then freeze-dried. As the final step, they are ground to a fine powder and packaged.

At about 1/5th the weight of a plastic (HDPE) jar and 1/20th the weight of a glass jar, the pouch has up to a 5x lower carbon footprint than both a glass and plastic bottle (taking into account carbon emissions from production, transportation, and disposal).
