You can enjoy nitro just like you would a regular kombucha. Because it contains 2 billion probiotics, it can be a great way to help take in gut-supportive ingredients in a delicious way.

Is Nitro safe for kids?

While it’s a perfectly safe beverage, it does contain trace amounts of caffeine, and 200mg of L-theanine, but it may not be suitable for all people. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before giving kombucha to children.

Do Nitro products include stevia or other sugar alcohols?

No way! We keep it real with 5g of organic cane sugar?no stevia, no sugar alcohols, and no weird aftertaste.

How does Humm verify that its kombucha is "non-alcoholic"?

Alcohol level tests are conducted in both our in-house lab and an independent 3rd party laboratory with accreditation certification. Such results are well below 0.5% ABV, which is the threshold to be deemed a “non-alcoholic” beverage by the TTB.

Will drinking Humm make me cooler?
