Our amazing wheat flour is the base of most of our rolled hotcakes mixes. Made with unbleached, organic flour that is grown in Idaho.
A key ingredient in our Cinnamon Oat mix is our organic oat flour. Made with unbleached, organic oats grown on family farms in Montana.
Both our brown rice and sweet rice flours are grown on family farms in California, and are used as key ingredients in our Gluten Free rolled hotcakes mix.
Our mixes are responsibly sweetened with only 2-5 grams of sugar per serving using organic raw cane sugar grown in Florida.
