Our versatile chocolate is perfect for non-dairy recipes and topping beverages

Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Cream together butter and both sugars until smooth and lightened in color. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add vanilla and mix on medium speed until smooth. Fold sifted dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts (optional) and chocolate chips.

Scoop cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
