What is the harvest date for this olive oil?
You can find the harvest date printed on all our bottles of olive oil. Olives from Sicily are harvested in September through November. We are currently selling our 2024 harvest.

Where does your olive oil come from?
Our everyday and infused extra virgin olive oils come from 30-35 small-scale organic farms across central-western Sicily. These single-origin oils are made from organic, native Sicilian olive varieties, and cold pressed within 24 hours of harvest.

Yes, you can cook with any of our olive oils. All of our oils are suitable for cooking, baking, and sauteing.
