Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter, 2 eggs, ¾ cup Date Syrup, 3 Tbsp coconut flour, 1¼ tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp baking soda, and ¼ tsp sea salt.
Directions: Mix first three ingredients together until blended through. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls and then press with a fork until they have peanut butter cookie appeal! Bake for 9 minutes at 350°F.
