We are a family business with a long olive tradition since 1780. Our company takes its name from the family castle that stands at the top of the municipality of Canena (Jaen, Andalusia)

We cover the entire value chain, starting from the most precious raw material: our olives groves. Our process starts from caring for the trees and the land. We control the entire production process, from tree care, harvesting, to bottling.
