Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Bread Mix
Our 10 Grain Bread Mix could easily be the multi-grain bread! It’s a quick and easy way to make delicious fresh bread. The mild, nutty flavor is ideal for sandwiches, French toast and many other recipes. However, this 10 Grain Bread is especially wonderful sliced while still warm and spread with butter.
The dough can be made by hand, in a stand mixer or with a bread machine. Includes one yeast packet and makes one 1 1/2 lb loaf. This multi grain bread is made with the finest dry ingredients available, including our 7 grain cereal mix and bread flour. It includes the yeast packet, so all you have to do is add water and oil before placing in a loaf pan and baking!
