The Dream Team
Barrel aged in fresh whiskey barrels. Whiskey Morning Coffee has a background 3 generations deep in distilling spirits and making whiskey/bourbon. Our coffee is stored and aged in the same barrel room as Sledge Distillery.
The Barrel Aged Brew is fire roasted to a nice medium roast using pecan wood. Fire roasting provides a unique flavor while taking out some of the bitter notes commonly found in coffee.
Whiskey Morning Coffee sources fair trade high quality coffee beans. The Barrel Age Brew is a blend of beans chosen specifically for the aging process in the whiskey barrels.
The Whiskey Morning Coffee team has been together since grade school. The team is a group of best friends that have backgrounds in distilling spirits, roasting coffee, hunting/fishing guides, Geologist, and welding. In 2018 we came back together for one purpose, to make the best drip coffee for the common folk!
