We stone grind organic cacao beans into perfectly unrefined, minimally processed chocolate with bold flavor and texture. We were the first U.S. chocolate maker to establish a third-party certified Direct Trade Cacao program. We have face to face relationships with our grower partners and pay greater premium for their cacao.
