Quality honey only comes from quality beekeepers. That’s why our process starts with establishing who and where the honey is coming from. This includes co-op member, floral source and geographic location.

All honey that comes to our facility is tested* for quality. We pull honey samples that go to our internal lab where we test* for certain attributes like color and moisture.

Next, the honey goes to accredited third-party labs where it goes through another series of tests* that range from purity to pollen analysis.

After the honey passes our rigorous testing* process and it has been deemed pure, quality honey, it’s then bottled up for you to enjoy.
