Sincerely Nuts blanched almonds are unbroken, whole, and utterly wholesome when it comes to a snack that you can feel good about! Our blanched almonds are free of the outer skin, delivering a smooth & nutty crunch full of gourmet taste and texture. Almonds are a healthy choice to bring along to work or pack in the kids’ lunchboxes. Just one cup of almonds contains 30 grams of protein and nearly 18 grams of dietary fiber.

INGREDIENTS

16 oz (3 cups) Sincerely Nuts Whole Blanched Almonds

¼ tsp salt

Optional: ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Toast at 350 degrees then cool for 10 mins. Transfer to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until creamy, scraping down sides as necessary. Almonds will go from flour-like clumps to a ball against the side of the food processor (keep scraping down the sides and breaking up the ball) to creamy. Blend in optional ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

1/2 cup milk 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract

Line muffin pan. Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Combine and mix. Stir in almonds and coconut. Use 3-4 tbsp of batter per muffin cup. Bake 14-18 mins. at 400 degrees F.
