This is then combined with a specially prepared dashi made from selected bonito flakes and kelp, and aged for an additional two days. The result is a smooth, rich, artisan-crafted flavor that enhances dishes such as soba noodle soup and is also perfect for rice bowls (donburi). - Concentrated, dilute 2 times before use. - No chemical seasonings, preservatives, or artificial coloring used.
