This single estate coffee is carefully produced under a detailed process called the Five Step Selection Process, a series of labor-intensive selections that yield a unique product with unparalleled flavor and an amazing aroma.

The quality of the beverage is directly related to the quality of the brand and the correct preparation techniques. Below you will find the fundamentals of proper brewing:

Proportions: Use the correct ratio of water to coffee. Between 7 to 9 grams of coffee per 100ml of water

Grind: Each brewing method requires a specific grind. For shorter brewing times the grind should be finer

Water: A cup of coffee is 98% water. For that reason, the water used should be pure, free of impurities and preferably filtered

Freshness: The worst enemies of coffee are oxygen, light, heat and humidity. To keep it fresh, store it in an air-tight container at room temperature. For best results, coffee should be ground just before using
