It is produced once a year, in the mountains of Greece at an altitude of over 1100 meters - Naturally LOW IN SUGAR. Our forest honey has a particularly low sugar content (30% less than the average honey), meaning it will never crystallise. - Distinguished by its thickness and creamy texture and prized for its citrusy flavor and caramel finish.
