Throughout the year we source fresh coffee from places like Peru, Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, Burundi, Colombia, Sumatra, El Salvador, and many more. We are constantly in search of the highest quality coffees, cupping hundreds of samples and choosing a diverse variety of coffees to roast for our customers. Be sure to check back often to find the most recent additions!

The birthplace of coffee and producers of some of the most distinctive and delicious coffees on the planet. The washed coffees are famed for their bergamot and jasmine floral aroma and sparkling acidity, while the naturals are often full of intense blueberry and strawberry notes.

Produced by Fair Trade certified Cafe Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA), this coffee was grown by the women's group Manos de Mujer on a number of small organic farms in Marcala, Honduras. Roasted dark, this coffee is sweet and syrupy with notes of rich chocolate and creamy hazelnut and a clean and balanced cup.

We’ve been lucky enough to purchase coffee from the Ruiz family and their Tierra Bendita collection of farms in the Apaneca Llamatepec Mountain Range outside Ahuachapan for the last 5 years. Additionally, we purchase coffees from their Biokrop project, which sources high quality specialty coffee from around the country. The two projects are among the most forward thinking in the world, using biodynamic and organic practices to reduce impact and increase quality.

Alta de Jinotega is our current organic Nicaraguan coffee. A fully washed and patio dried coffee, it is sourced from family owned farms organized around Cooperativa Multifuncional Family Coffee R.L. or COMULFAC in Jinotega, Nicaragua. Look for notes of dark cocoa, sweet black cherry and a clean finish.
