Raven's Brew Coffee was born in wild Southeastern Alaska, and grew up in the home of great coffee, Washington State. We roast in both locations to serve the whole of the U.S. market.

At Raven's Brew Coffee we have selected air roasting as our roasting method of choice for the noticeably cleaner, less bitter and more vibrant taste it creates in the cup.

We use shade-grown and naturally-processed coffee beans in most of our blends, and support small family growers through our buying practices.
