We promise you will find them fresh and wonderful. We work hard to keep them perfectly fresh, bag in USA oxygen barrier bags with oxygen removed, and then ship them directly. No distributor warehouse time.
Most organic nuts are sprayed with organic-approved products. Just harvested, these are wild-harvested and not sprayed at all. Natives have the richest pecan flavor.
We carefully soak and low-temperature dry them to keep them raw (below 105F by Weston guidelines) and make them crispy and delicious in our peanut- and gluten-free, non-GMO state-inspected commercial kitchen on our small family farm.
Pecan Shop uses no chemicals and works toward soil-restoring permaculture.
