Bedford is comprised of two of our oldest sourcing relationships, the coffees from which merge to create an incredibly delicious and complex experience. - Flavor Profile - A medium roast espresso blend with notes of marmalade, pomegranate, and brown sugar. Look for ripe stone fruits, citrus brightness, and a beautifully syrupy body. Amazing on its own as an espresso or try it in a cortado. - Freshly Roasted Coffee - We believe fresh coffee matters, so we put the roast date on all our 12oz bags. Our coffee stays fresh for 180 days and is best if brewed within 2 weeks of opening. - Roasted in NYC - Open since 2012, our flagship cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn serves as the hub of all things Partners. Visit us there or in our other cafes in Manhattan and Long Island City for freshly brewed NY coffee. - Sip With Confidence - We submit our coffees to third-party food safety labs for testing of heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins, including ochratoxin A (OTA) and aflatoxin. Coffee that meets our strict internal quality and safety specs moves on to roasting.

Since then we've been working hard to expand the Partners experience across a product line-up that features things like cold brew cans, subscriptions, and rotating single-origin coffees.

We recognize our responsibility to help build a sustainable supply chain that ensures access to specialty grade coffee, allowing our growing partners the financial security to improve upon their quality of life year after year.
