Step 1: Pick a teaware of your choice (teapot/mug)

Step 2: Place a thin layer of loose leaf tea to cover the bottom of the teaware

Step 3: Heat up water with a kettle to boiling temperature (212 °F)

Step 4: Pour hot water into the teaware

Step 5: Steep for 3-4 minutes

Step 6: Strain out tea leaves with filter or sift

Step 7: Enjoy!

* Iced Tea: Steep for 5-6 minutes and pour into a cup of ice.

(Sugar and milk can be added according to personal happiness)
