Servings: Makes 6 servings

Step 1: Place milk and water in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2: Remove from heat; add white chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth.

Step 3: Whisk in brandy, coffee granules and vanilla extract.

Step 4: Return to low heat for 1 minute, whisking constantly until frothy.

Step 5: Serve warm.
