The success of Modern Bread & Bagel is founded upon producing gluten-free products that rival traditional products in taste and texture while delivering sound nutrition.

Orly was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute in Sydney, Australia and is an expert in developing gluten-free baked goods and mixes.

2 eggs

1/3 cup plus 6 Tbsp (85g) oil

1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp (95g) milk

CAKE: Makes one 8-inch round cake.

HEAT: Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease pan with butter or cooking spray.

MIX: Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk, and mix by hand or with electric mixer for 1.5 minutes.

BAKE: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Place cake on wire rack to cool in pan. Cool completely before frosting.

HEAT: Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease 12 muffin tins or use paper liners.

MIX: Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk, and mix by hand or with electric mixer until blended. For Muffins: add 1 cup berries or chocolate chips and fold into batter.

BAKE: Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For Cupcakes: Cool completely before frosting.
