What does "raw" mean?
Raw honey is honey in its natural form. It’s never heated above 115°F or pasteurized, preserving natural antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. It also contains bits of pollen, which may help with allergies.
Is your honey tested for glyphosate and other contaminants?
Yes, we test rigorously for glyphosate, pesticides, and herbicides. Our remote hives are far from farms, and regular testing ensures our honey stays clean, natural, and free from detectable levels of harmful contaminants.
What are the bits/chunks in my honey?
Minimal processing may leave hive debris or wax in honey. Debris can look like dark dots, and wax may form a white foam. This strained, raw honey also contains more natural pollen than filtered, processed honey.
