Every farm that produces these pecans is certified as organic and they manage to do so by following certain strict guidlines in their crop management system. All our farmers that sell this presentation have the necesarry certifications to create these delicious pecans. (You can see the certifications in the product display pictures)

They come in our NEW BAG which is heftier and made with thicker materials in order to withstand the maneuvers within Amazons warehouses coupled with handling by carriers during shipping while maintaining freshness and shelf life.

Once you receive and open your pecans you may store them in several zip-lock bags; store the ones for short term consumption in the refrigerator and the rest in the freezer in order to conserve freshness.
