Don't buy halves and chop them up, these are premium delicious #7 chopped pecans sold in 5 lbs box in a vacuum bag, perfect for snacking, using as toppings, baking and of course PECAN PIE! They contain no additives or preservatives and are completly natural and USDA approved. ENJOY!
They come airtight in a single vacuum sealed bag; the bag is not re-sealable, once you receive and open your pecans you may store them in several zip-lock bags; store the ones for short term consumption in the refrigerator and the rest in the freezer in order to conserve freshness.
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and butter until well combined. If necessary, you can soften the cream cheese and butter mixture further in short, 15 second bursts in the microwave.
2. To the cream cheese mixture, add the sweetener, pumpkin puree, vanilla, salt and spices. Stir well to combine.
3. Divide the mixture into greased or paper-lined mini muffin tins, or silicone molds.
4. Top each bomb with a pecan half.
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
6. Store, well-wrapped, in the refrigerator or freezer.
