Jovial Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice pasta is crafted in Italy using time-honored production methods. Our pasta artisans have over 50 years of experience. The use of bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures makes our pasta taste as great as the finest wheat pasta from Italy.
How do you make your brown rice pasta?
Whole rice grains are soaked for 48 hours, then steamed, rolled like oatmeal, dried at low temperatures and milled into flour. The flour is mixed with water to form a very dry dough, then it is extruded through bronze dies to create the shape.
How do I cook pasta for best results?
