Our Story
Harvesting olives in Lebanon is a tradition dating thousands of years. To this day, picking and squeezing olives continues to be a cherished family activity, which remains one of our fondest memories, despite immigrating to the states over 20 years ago in pursuit of new opportunities.
Our parents seeded that passion in us and encouraged us to make this dream come true and bring the olive oil we love to others.
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from a Northern region of Lebanon where the soil and weather are ideal for growing and harvesting high quality olives. It is cold pressed and single origin, with low acidity and a smoking point between 375 ? 400 F.
It is ideal for every day use in salads, marinades and sautes. We also love it on labneh or mixed with za’atar for a delicious pie.
