How to brew milk oolong tea?

Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp milk oolong tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.

After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that is about 85-95°C (185-205°F) and cover the teapot for 3-5 minutes before serving.
