From Our Land to Your Table

Our organic olive grove covers 115 hectares and has 46,000 olive trees of five varieties (Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Arbequina, and Picual). Our olives are processed within two hours of harvesting in our company mill. The EVOOs are stored in our cellar with noble gases and controlled temperatures to preserve their high organoleptic qualities.

Paolo Miceli’s family has been growing olives and grain on its land in Sicily for over six generations and, until the 1990s, in Tuscany.

Sergio Sensat belongs to one of Spain’s long-established olive oil-producing families. He is a descendant of Gerardo Sensat, who founded the

Sensat family business in the mid-19th century.

Ten years ago, we combined our family tradition and professional experience and decided to start our farming project in Sicily. Inspired by our origins, we ultimately aimed to create something contemporary.

We bought land on a farm belonging to Paolo’s family in the stunning countryside of the province of Palermo. Our dream was to produce some of the best Sicilian organically farmed extra virgin olive oils.
