Proud to be the first Iberico brand to arrive in the US. For more than 60 years, Fermin has been producing the highest quality lberico products in the world and we are proud to produce and import the largest number of Iberico dry cured products in the market.
Located in the Sierra de Francia, more than l000 meters in elevation in the heart of a National Park declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, this small village has a great microclimate for our products to dry and age naturally.
Fermin is present in more than 20 countries. We are very proud to say that we were the first iberico brand to be found in homes and restaurants of United States, Japan, Canada, Singapore and China.
The production of our organic Iberico products are carried out on a separate line from the rest of traditional Iberico products. Our manufacturing process has zero residue of genetically modified organisms. Organic Fermin Iberico is free of artificial additives/preservatives.

Made from a 100% Iberico Free Range pig. During the “Montanera” season (from October through February), this pig doubles its weight eating acorns and grass. Making it the finest and most luxurious pork meat in the world.

These products are the result of a cross breed between 100% Iberico with the 100% Duroc pig to offer a more affordable, lower fat content pig for everyday use. Fed on a diet of grains, these products have a strong visual fat marbling and subtle flavor that are a result of Fermin’s generations of practiced artisan production methods.
Tasting notes: Lower fat content with great marbling. Outstanding flavor but the lightest among all categories. Vibrant color, but not as intense as other categories.
We are proud to offer you the authentic Serrano. Our high quality Fermin Serrano products are made from pigs born, raised and processed in Spain. Our pigs are older, heavier and fattier than the pigs from North Europe. . This means more complex and flavorful product to you. Here in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage, we only use only artisanal methods. Because we are committed to maintain our quality and traditions, we also extend the natural curing process. All our boneless pieces are cured for a minimum of 15 and our bone-in for a minimum of 18 months. For all of these reasons we like to call it Fermin Ham.
Tasting notes: Great color, aroma and tasty on the palate. Perfect to enjoy by itself, on a charcuterie board, tapa or to add into any breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. Pairs great with a Spanish beer, Albarino Wine, Jerez or a Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero or Rioja regions (including a Rioja Blanco).
