Sink your teeth into a warm meal with this gluten-free waffle mix.
Mix 1 cup of pancake mix with ¼ cup of milk, rice milk, almond milk, or water, 1 tablespoon of oil and an egg (or egg substitute) to make 4-6 gluten-free pancakes. Fry on a lightly oiled griddle or pan.
Mix 1 cup of the mix with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 egg, and ¼ cup of milk, rice milk, almond milk, or water to make 10-12 gluten-free waffles. Cook in a hot waffle iron.
