From the manufacturer
In 1899, grocer E.A. Stuart co- founded the Pacific Coast Condensed Milk Company in Kent, WA. At that time farm-fresh milk was hard to come by. So, Stuart’s “new- fangled” evaporated milk was a way to get milk goodness to everyone.
SWAP IT IN - Try our delicious Low Fat option instead of our regular Evaporated Milk.
That’s right ? when we take the water out of milk, we collect it. We annually send millions of gallons of excess water for treatment so it can be used for irrigation on nearby farms.
