What types of coffee beans do you use?
We use only the ripest 100% Arabica beans that are hand-picked and carefully roasted to deliver a bold, yet smooth and flavorful cup of coffee with very low acidity and no bitterness. The perfect everyday cup!
Why do you use a Medium Roast?
Medium Roast brings out the most aromas without the chocolatey bittersweet flavor of a Dark Roast. Medium roasted beans have a fuller body and caramel flavor than a Light Roast. It has the most balanced flavor, fruity aroma, and a muted acidity.
Do you add any ingredients?
All of coffees are grown free of any pesticides. We do not use added ingredients, just 100% finest and freshest coffee beans. Only for our flavored k-cups we use a blend of natural and artificial flavorings.
What brewing ratio do you recommend?
We typically recommend using 2 tablespoons of coffee per cup of coffee (8oz of water). Feel free to use more or less coffee for a stronger or lighter cup.
